Book Your Stay
Select your desired dates in the availability calendar and request a booking option. The property manager will review your request and confirm availability. You will then receive an invoice for a 25% deposit of the total amount. Once the deposit has been paid, your stay is officially confirmed.
The booking form will automatically appear in your browser’s language whenever possible.
The calendar above shows the base price per night (€) below each date.
Price Information & Cancellation Policy
- The calendar shows seasonal prices per night
- Prices are based on 6 guests
- Minimum stay is 7 nights
- Apartment: €55 per night extra, mandatory for 7 or 8 guests (optional for 1–6 guests)
- Includes luxury bed and bath linen and extra-large beach towels
- Water included up to 1 m³ per day; additional usage will be deducted from the security deposit (€9.00 per m³)
- Includes 20 kWh of electricity per night; additional usage will be deducted from the security deposit (€0.50 per kWh)
- Excluding €250 final cleaning fee (additional €80 if the apartment is used)
- Excluding interim cleaning €140 (additional €35 if the apartment is used), mandatory for stays of 9 nights or more
- Excluding €400 security deposit
- Excluding 7% mandatory tourist tax
- Airport transfer available on request
- Car rental available on request
- Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM (late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability)
Cancellations
- Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival: 25% of the rental amount
- Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: 60% of the rental amount
- Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental amount
- Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 100% of the rental amount
